We are looking for "Seller Experience Specialist" to join our support team in
Brazil.
This person will be responsible for e nsuring a positive and seamless interaction
between platform and sellers. This position involves understanding and addressing
the needs of sellers, optimizing their journey on the platform, and fostering
strong relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsabilities:
Proactively search for new features which could improve our sellers experience
and platforms usability;
Establish sellers satisfaction evaluation mechanism (criterias, indicators and
periodicity);
Promote and facilitate focus groups with our sellers in order to gather feedback
about the platform;
Develop and deliver training materials or webinars to educate sellers on new
features, updates, and industry trends;
Carry on-site visits to our sellers operation in order to understand daily
activities/processes/issues and suggest improvements;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate seller feedback and
contribute to the improvement of platform features, policies and processes, such
as return and refund.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field;
Proven experience in seller management/customer service, or a similar role,
preferably in an e-commerce or online marketplace setting;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
Empathy and a customer-centric approach;
English is mandatory, Mandarin is a plus.
