About the team:
The Cash Collections Volume Team that is part of the SAP Global Finance Success
center is responsible for managing the collection of unpaid invoices. The main
focus is on reducing the days it takes to collect an invoice, thus improving the
company's cash flow, for which a series of standardized tools and processes are
used in order to achieve this objective. Cash Collections, in addition to having a
very close relationship with customers, works closely with various areas within
the organization such as Sales, Billing, Payment to Suppliers, Accounting and many
others.
This role is characterized by well-defined and relevant tasks within the team. The
collector will perform a job of high relevance for the company. Working closely
with members who are highly experienced in the task. If what you are looking for

What youll do:
Position Title:
SAP iXp Intern Cash Collections Americas Volume Customers
Location:
Sao Paulo, Brazil
In this role, youll:
Manage and follow up on invoices receivable, both due and due.
Contact customers to ensure a timely payment.
Creation and distribution of extrajudicial collection letters within the
pre-established term.
Investigation, analysis and resolution of discrepancies of pending invoices.
Close work with internal and external clients.
Escalation of cases where management is blocked to ensure the fluidity of the
process.
Account statement reports to be sent to clients.
Monitoring of standard processes and use of corporate tools.
Identify areas for improvement in the processes
Respond to customer inquiries and questions about billing issued.
Problem solving with clientes.
Other tasks relevant to the resolution of problematic situations that generate
cash flow.
Who you are:
Were looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You
like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong
learning.
Currently studying a degree on Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or
equivalent
Experience in Accounts Receivable and/or related administration and finance areas
are nice to have, not expected but is consider a as a plus.
Fluent written and oral English (any other language knowledge is a plus).
Spanish skills are a plus.
