THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Sales Tools & Projects Manager to our Sales Operations team in
Brazil!
Wellhub's Sales Strategy and Operations team is looking for a Sales Tools Project
Manager to partner our team with Magna and suggest sales tools to support revenue
growth and improve sales productivity and customer value. You will be responsible
for helping, monitoring, executing, and scale sales tools in partnership with our
sales teams globally.
YOUR IMPACT
Define KPIs and monitor the usage of the Sales Tools across the teams;
Build dashboards to be used by the leadership team related to the sales tools
usage;
Make sure everyone in our teams takes the most of the tools and proposes action
plans for it;
Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting of issues (support);
Be responsible for training sessions and tools adoption;
Develop product documentation (training materials) related to the tools;
Prepare Status Reports / Newsletters;
Be updated about the Sales Tools in the market and propose changes;
Manage the integrations with Salesforce platform in partnership with the product
development team;
Manage the contract renewal processes and budget definitions related to the tools.

WHO YOU ARE
Previous experience with the Sales Tools;
Analytical skills to run the analysis;
Advanced Excel to build dashboards;
Good prioritization skills, to balance key priorities;
Strong workflow skills;
Advanced/fluent English;
Knowledge of project management tools and techniques;
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at any given time;
Performance-oriented;
Like to interact with a lot of people;
Able to perform training sessions.
