THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Strategy & Enablement
Manager to partner closely with our Client Sales (B2B) teams across key regions
including Brazil, Latam, the US, and Europe. In this high-impact role, you will be
a critical driver of commercial success, focusing on optimizing sales strategies,
ensuring seamless execution, and addressing strategic challenges within our global
sales organization.
As a strategic partner, youll work to improve sales performance, align
cross-regional initiatives, and empower the teams with the tools, insights, and
frameworks needed to deliver consistent and exceptional results. Your
contributions will be vital in fostering collaboration, enhancing client
engagement, and maintaining a competitive edge in the B2B market.
YOUR IMPACT
Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for regional and local
client sales teams, providing guidance and support on critical initiatives
Actively contribute to the global decision-making process within the Client Sales
organization, ensuring alignment and consistency across regions
Drive commercial consistency across all regions and countries through the
development and execution of effective communication, training, and onboarding
programs
Lead high-impact strategic projects focused on enhancing commercial effectiveness,
from product go-to-market strategies to process optimization initiatives
Act as the global focal point for strategic cross-functional projects and
initiatives, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment across departments
Utilize data analysis to identify priorities, define action plans, and measure the
impact of sales enablement and strategic initiatives

WHO YOU ARE
Proven Experience:
Demonstrated success in a Sales Enablement, Commercial, or Management Consulting
role, preferably within a technology firm or comparable environment
Strong Communication & Training Skills:
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver
engaging training and enablement programs to diverse audiences
Multilingual:
Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Spanish is a significant
advantage
Strategic Thinker:
Capable of credibly and compellingly presenting and defending recommendations to
senior leadership across various regions
Self-Starter:
Resourceful and proactive, with the ability to independently gather information,
solve complex problems, and deliver results in challenging situations
Collaborative Spirit:
A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and works
effectively with individuals from diverse functions, backgrounds, and working
styles
