THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to our Global Sales Operations team in
São Paulo, Brazil!
You will be responsible for building operational excellence and provide strategic
advisory to the Gympass sales leadership team. You will be working with commercial
and cross-fuctional teams (Ops, Finance, HR, Marketing) around the world with a
global scope.
YOUR IMPACT
Monitor metrics and proactively surface insights to the Commercial leadership
team. Highlight best performing regions and identify drivers behind over and under
performance;
Get your hands dirty in the data but also step up to own sales strategy and
planning;
Participate in projects to make data-driven decisions on topics including:
forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement
and sales incentive design;
Play a pivotal role in our annual strategic planning process by making
recommendations in areas such as go-to-market strategy, how to restructure/grow
teams, and improve seller productivity;
Present reports to senior sales leadership;
Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting of issues (support);

WHO YOU ARE
Work experience in Sales Operations and/or at a management consulting firm,
investment bank, technology company or comparable experience;
Familiarity with financial modeling and financial planning;
Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across
all regions;
Analytical skills (experience building business models and conducting
sophisticated analyses);
Technically savvy with good proficiency in Excel;
Concise communication (able to credibly and compellingly present and debate
recommendations with senior leadership);
Proactive (capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling
resources, and delivering results in challenging situations);
Problem Solving skills;
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM it's a plus;
A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of
functions, backgrounds, and working styles;
