Summary:
Providing technical and operational avionics support for Airbus Helicopters
aircraft under its control for Helibras internal customers and the Brazilian
fleet, with a view to providing solutions for breakdowns, availability, quality,
safety and operator and customer satisfaction.
Responsabilities:
Providing technical avionics support to customers of the various Airbus
Helicopters aircraft models in its segment in Brazil.
Receiving and answering questions from customers (mechanics, pilots or owners)
regarding the use of best techniques and practices in order to find solutions that
enable safe operation.
Carrying out technical visits to customers of the various models in the fleet in
order to get to know the needs of each customer and operation and propose
solutions.
Drawing up technical reports on any occurrences in customer aircraft,
participating in investigations to assess the causes and actions to be taken with
the appropriate interface between Helibras and Airbus Helicopters.
Identify breakdowns related to aeronautical incidents through research and
breakdown and judgment based on the characteristics and maintenance program and
make the appropriate communication record to those responsible to allow preventive
actions to be implemented.
Interacting with Airbus Helicopters in the assessment of special airworthiness
concessions, forwarding demands and technical data to enable analysis and
assistance to Helibras and operators.
Requirements:
Solid experience working with avionics on Airbus Helicopters models.
Intermediate English.
CHT.
Experience with Airbus aircraft.
Research experience desirable.
Experience with malfunction research desirable.

Prestar suporte técnico e operacional aviônico para aeronaves da Airbus
Helicopters de seu domínio para clientes internos da Helibras e frota do Brasil
visando prover soluções para panes, disponibilidade, qualidade, segurança e
satisfação dos operadores e clientes.
Responsabilidades:
Prestar suporte técnico aviônico aos clientes dos diversos modelos de aeronaves da
Airbus Helicopters em seu segmento de atuação no Brasil.
Receber e responder questionamentos dos clientes (mecânico, piloto ou
proprietário) quanto à utilização de melhores técnicas e práticas para encontrar
soluções que permitam a operação com Segurança.
Realizar visitas técnicas aos clientes dos diversos modelos da frota com o intuito
de conhecer as necessidades de cada cliente e operação e propor soluções.
Elaborar relatórios técnicos sobre eventuais ocorrências em aeronaves dos
clientes, participando das investigações para avaliar as causas e ações a serem
conduzidas com a devida interface entre Helibras e Airbus Helicopters.
Identificar panes relacionadas a incidentes aeronáuticos através de pesquisa e
pane e julgamento com base nas características e no programa de manutenção e
realizar o devido registro de comunicação aos responsáveis para permitir que ações
de prevenção sejam implantadas.
Interagir com a Airbus Helicopters na avaliação de concessões especiais de
aeronavegabilidade com encaminhamento de demandas e dados técnicos que permitam a
análise e atendimento à Helibras e operadores.
Requisitos:
Sólida experiência atuando com aviônica nos modelos Airbus Helicopters.
Inglês intermediário.
CHT.
Experiência em aeronaves da Airbus.
Desejável experiência com investigação.
Desejável experiência com pesquisa de pane.
