Descrição do emprego Managing quality control activities and ensuring adequate food safety compliance and the certification required for business development. Responsible for the Quality Assurance of Lesaffre Brazil's operations (import + plants) and for assuring compliance with the company's standards and commitments. Responsibilities: Implement and maintain an integrated and efficient quality management system in accordance with group policy, ensuring compliance with the quality and food safety requirements of the plant and its customers; Ensure compliance with regional and Group food quality guidelines in addition to conducting quality audits, carrying out risk assessments, resolving identified problems and monitoring action plans; Interact effectively with the industrial, commercial and supply departments to provide technical assistance and maintain product supply; Support the introduction of new products and collaborate with other Lesaffre subsidiaries to meet customer requests; Represent the company to external stakeholders such as certifiers, customers and authorities; Implementing and renewing the certifications required by customers; Managing the customer and supplier complaints process for products produced in Brazil and imported, as well as raw materials/services; Carrying out internal and supplier audits and participating in the definition of each area's quality insurance budget; Promoting a food safety culture in the plant. Habilitações Bachelor's degree in Engineering specializing in quality in the manufacture of chemical or food products; Minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing companies, preferably in the food sector; English is mandatory, Spanish is a plus; Qualified trainer is a plus; Advanced knowledge of food safety, food regulations, quality system management, certification.
