Job Description Summary Job Description Coordinate the Projects execution according to Project schedules and keep control of the Project costs. Perform weekly status reports to internal Customer and monthly cost review. Expedite the whole Supply Chain steps from BOM release until Shipment, keeping track of OTD targets and Site Needs. Requires strong foundation of Project Management and Supply Chain skills, knowledge of Manufacturing process and basics of projects financials. Essential Responsibilities Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update project schedules and purchasing needs. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements. Develops new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations. Works together with business leadership and Project Director. Monitor Project costs and report any deviation accordingly, seeking Risks & Opps Works on cross functional teams. Project Cost control and update Financial report. Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and relevant experience in Material Management or Project Manager; Robust experience in Materials Planning, Manufacturing, Sourcing and Execution; Experience in Lean tools and standard work Hydro knowledge desired; Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; Ability to influence others and lead small teams; Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact; Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously; Effective problem identification and solution skills; Analytical and organizational ability.
