Manage software development projects, including project planning, scope definition, scheduling, and risk management. Ensure project requirements are clearly defined and documented. Develop and maintain project plans, project schedules, and other project artifacts. Coordinate and communicate project activities with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers. Monitor project progress and take corrective action when necessary to ensure project goals are met. Facilitate team meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives, and other project meetings as necessary. Manage project scope, and timeline, and provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. Continuously improve the development process by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices. The Profile You have at least 3 years experience, ideally within a IT Business Analyst / Project Manager role. Scrum Master experience or certification. You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes. You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data. You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
