Manage project contribution margins by mapping key risks and opportunities in collaboration with Project Managers, while analyzing and explaining cost and revenue variances. Provide visibility into project performance and financial impacts across the portfolio, ensuring transparency for stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy for decision-making, aligning project reporting with actual performance and progress. Identify and recommend potential areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and profitability. Foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including Project Managers, Engineers, Planning, Commercial Management, Bidding, and Finance teams. Responsibilities: - Responsible for tracking Projects' KPIs: Revenue, Contribution Margin, Risks & Opps and Cash flow - Analyze deviations and changes in the month - Prepare presentations for performance review - Ensure data quality of the projects - Create and maintain performance dashboards - Give feedback to bid area for future project quotations - Provide visibility of cost impacts and guide the operational team to improve profitability - Support PMs on cost estimation - Review precalc (offers in sales fase) - Support assessment of R&O - Manage project follow up - Validate and implement Variation Orders (Bonus for projects) - Maintain project information on SAP updated - Perform root causes analysis - Support on action definition to address root causes - Lead lessons learned process to provide recommendations for future improvements - Support PM in understanding the consequences and opportunities of the contractual clauses Qualifications: - Presentation skills and communication skills - High level of Excel - English is mandatory - Spanish is advantageous - Stakeholders' management skills - Be Proactive - Financial background - Experience in construction is advantageous - Cost control experience Location: São Paulo BEWARE  RECRUITMENT FRAUD It has come to our attention that there are a number of fraudulent emails from people pretending to work for Vestas.
