Responsibilities: Create, review, and close work orders in the |Oracle EBS system accurately and within established deadlines. Monitor the life cycle of work orders , ensuring proper allocation of materials, resources, and associated costs. Make adjustments to work orders as needed to reflect changes in demands or resource availability. Collaborate with planning, production, and supply chain teams to ensure data integrity and consistency in the ERP system. Identify and resolve issues related to delays, inconsistencies, or errors in work order management. Generate reports and performance indicators related to work order management to support strategic decision-making. Maintain control and traceability of work orders , adhering to company quality standards and guidelines. Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes and Oracle EBS system usage.|Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Administration, Logistics, International Relations, International trade, Engineering, or related areas Intermediate/Fluent English (able to communicate well and participate in meetings) Desire experiencewith the manufacturing module of ERP systems. Knowledge of work order management in manufacturing environments. Analytical skills to identify and resolve production process-related issues. Familiarity with cost control, resource allocation, and production planning. Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with various departments. Desire experience in using production planning software and tools (Advanced Planning and Scheduling it will be a differential).|Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in discrete or continuous manufacturing processes. Certification in Oracle EBS or specific training in the manufacturing module.Experience in complex environments or ERP implementation projects Informações adicionais: We are looking for a Production Planner to work directly with the creation, closure, and maintenance of work orders in the ERP system.
