The position
By joining our team in Exploration & Production International you will have the opportunity to:
" Accurately monitoring process variables (pressure, level, temperature, flow
rate), committed to assist control room operators to understand process trends,
collaborating with technical ideas for production optimization and suggestions to
ensure process plant stability.
" Operate Oil and Gas systems with commitment ensuring on specification oil
production and legal parameters for produced water discharge.
" Operate plant element with focus on production optimization while following safe
operations guidelines.
" Actively participate in first line maintenance, executing preventive work
orders, preservation tasks and corrosion prevention.
" Operate equipment safely and within operational design without damaging piping
and another accessory due to lack of skill.
" Proactively look for equipment malfunction, identify failure and provide
practical and immediate solutions to avoid breakouts.
" Report technical problems identified on field with detailed explanation and
pictures using text processor. Raising mal function notification on SAP.
" Monitor fire and gas detection system, ensure detectors are obstruction-free,
ensure firefighting system is operational and preserved, Cooperate with emergency
response team whenever necessary.
" Follow-up vendors during his activities to ensure fulfillment of work orders
with quality and safety.
" Operate field equipment (valves, pumps) according to indications from control
room operators or accountable supervisor.
" Assist laboratory activities on fluid analyzes or sampling whenever necessary.

" Minimum Technicians or Engineering s degree is required, with active CRT or
CREA.
" Minimum 2 years of experience with proven deliveries in FPSO operations.
" Experience in operations combined cycle and pre salt or thermo operations are
required.
" Experience in commissioning and start up are desirable.
" Fluent in Portuguese and Advanced English (oral and written).
" Strong interpersonal skills.
" Knowledge of SAP and permit to work system may be considered as advantage.
" Embraces cooperation and open collaboration as essential ways of working.
Proactive by nature, takes initiative and is able to work independently as needed.
Gives and receives constructive feedback and is motivated by continuous
improvement.
