RecargaPay is the Super App that simplifies everyday payments for consumers and SMEs in Brazil. The platform streamlines payments for over 7 million Brazilians by consolidating credit and debit cards, instant payments like Pix, and Open Finance, on a mission to democratize mobile payments and financial services in Brazil. Featuring services such as bill payments, mobile top-ups, public transportation, installment plans, and loans, designed with convenience, low cost and flexibility in mind. RecargaPay is changing the way both banked and unbanked Brazilians make their everyday payments and access their financial services. Responsibilities: Develop the product based on data analysis, user research, new solutions and market trends; Leading technical relations with external partners, performance, regulatory issues, flag mandates and Bacen; Managing sprint planning and the product roadmap; Defining the backlog, guiding the product development team; Requirement gathering, ensuring quality / customer experience throughout the product life cycle, as well as definitions in conjunction with the areas involved; Working closely with the Payments, Credit, Product, Development, QA, BI and UX teams. Be involved in all phases of the card lifecycle and development; Contribute to the strategic vision of the product, setting objectives based on business interests, market momentum and customer needs; Making decisions based on concrete data and facts, defining and monitoring product metrics; Working together with designers, engineers and data scientists; Ensuring that all areas of the company are consulted or informed when necessary about changes to the product and working together with the marketing, compliance, legal and banking teams; Keeping abreast of changes from regulatory agents, such as the Central Bank; Staggering the necessary changes so that the product/process complies with market rules. Requirements Previous experience as Product Owner of a credit card product; Critical thinking and analytical skills; Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of BI / Reporting; Experience with agile methods; Experience with backlog management aimed at the success of the entire product lifecycle; Solid experience with digital products: design, process structuring and development; Analytical skills - easy to synthesize data and make decisions without necessarily having all the information in a perfect scenario; Previous experience with financial products, especially cards; Experience in data analysis and product metrics; Advanced English is a plus.
