Responsibilities Lead initiatives to control and monitor user experience when operating their accounts, ensuring the security and ease of validation processes, from the onboarding validation process to the revalidation process (device change, account takeover prevention, password recovery, etc.); Work alongside Engineering and UX teams to find the best solutions for authentication problems, always ensuring security; Develop a deep understanding of the RecargaPay ecosystem and be able to identify and communicate the impact of features and product releases across the product; Specify and refine requirementsfrom conception to launchworking in close collaboration with the engineering team (and other functions depending on the context, such as design, data science, finance); Conduct stand-up meetings, user story refinements, sprint planning, and meetings as needed to execute product features. Requirements Solid experience in data analysis and SQL; Solid experience in managing multidisciplinary teams to bring solutions and new products to the business; Experience in designing and evaluating the impact of A/B tests in an accelerated product development cycle; Experience with user account management and its domains (essential); Mastery of security tools such as Multi-Factor Authentication, SSO, Device Fingerprint, Biometric Authentication (Selfie + Documents), Behavior Analytics.
