As a (founding) product manager at Otmow, you will shape our product strategy and play a pivotal role in pioneering the development of a trailblazing financial product that has real-world impact to the countrys economy. Job Title - Product Manager Location - São Paulo, Brazil Job Type - Full-time Salary - BRL 20,000.00-45,000 (gross monthly, based on experience and proven performance) Responsibilities : Product Strategy - Develop and execute the overall product strategy for our credit service Product Research - Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify market opportunities and customer pain points. Product Roadmap - Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines the prioritized features and enhancements, based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility. Product Development - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and compliance, to define our go-to-market product requirements and acceptance criteria. Lead from concept to launch. Customer-Centric Approach - Advocate for the best user experience by understanding customer behavior and needs. Continuously gather user feedback, conduct usability testing, and analyze data to optimize product features. Risk and Compliance - Work closely with the compliance team to ensure that all products adhere to regulatory government requirements and industry standards, maintaining the highest levels of security for our customers. Performance Tracking - Establish key product performance metrics and track product performance against established KPIs. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions, identify areas for improvement, and report data-backed product success. Team Leadership - Provide guidance and leadership to engineering and design teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment Qualifications: Fully Fluent in English 3+ years of experience as a product manager in a fast-paced fintech or banking startup, developing and launching successful digital products or services Experience with Brazilian financial/government regulations and payment systems Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between our customers and our product team Demonstrated ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced startup environment Exhibit resourcefulness and produce deliverables with little to no guidance Benefits: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
