As Pricing & Profitability Specialist, your mission will be to develop and execute EBANX's pricing strategy, leveraging analytics to drive revenue growth and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business performance. You will also be responsible for: Own EBANX's pricing strategy, craft a multi-year roadmap and execute on it while clearly communicating your rationale to the team members, executives and partners; Find opportunities for new pricing, offering, packaging and bundling strategies that will contribute to strategic goals and revenue growth; Stay abreast of competitive pricing trends and utilize knowledge for policy recommendations as well as analytics, client, and product strategies and risk assessment; Collaborate with our engineering, data science, design and strategy teams to drive business results; Assist with building financial targets and drive collaborative discussion on those targets; Train commercial team regarding pricing principles and pricing strategy; provide clear tools and direction to support the communication of pricing to partners; Manage and track policy, volume, and revenue performance by partner and enterprise-wide; Establish KPIs, identify gaps, and improve financial performance. Main requirements for this position: Deep experience (+4 years) in Pricing or Consulting; Revenue planning policy-making & operational implementation experience; Excellent verbal and written communication skillscapable and comfortable with developing and providing well-structured communications, presentations, and reporting to all levels of the organization; Strong aptitude for analytics; demonstrated ability to develop sophisticated financial models and draw value-added insights from large amounts of financial data; Ability to work across multiple teams to create scalable solutions, monitor business performance, and interpret key performance metrics into actionable recommendations; Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility as a "peer" with functions; Creation and implementation of operational processes resulting in high-quality output preferred; Technical proficiency in these systems is preferred - SalesForce, Power BI and MS Office Suite programs; Fluent communication skills in English; Analytical skills; Detail-oriented; Curiosity-driven; A lot of commitment!
