Description Involves the application of specialist knowledge in the field of Occupational Health, which may include designing, managing or maintaining systems or processes or completing projects to develop or change systems or processes or as appropriate. General Job Description - Monitor accidents rate of Health Plan Providers and propose action plans to control and reduce the main causes. - Coordinate the Occupational Health Medical Control Program (PCMSO) - Evaluate people with disabilities, relating the activity to the function and limitations. - Monitor employees who are on leave with the FedEx occupational health and medicine provider. - Assist other managers in implementing and maintaining the application of Regulatory Standards and current Occupational Health Legislation. - Participate in the accident investigation process and technical assistance in the CAT opening process. - Support with technical support to a group of stations without a doctor on site. - Coordinate the services provided by FedEx health and occupational medicine companies. - Coordinate occupational health campaigns with the FedEx occupational health and medicine provider. - May perform other activities as assigned Minimum Requirements: Minimum education: "Bachelor's degree in medicine and Specialization in Occupational Medicine with active RQE "Registration in CRM.
