ROLE PURPOSE
The Installation Personnel Coordinator ensures the safe and timely operations,
staffing, planning, budgeting control and support of logistics activities for
installation offshore personnel in Brazil, based on detailed personnel planning,
considering the constraints and evolution of the projects.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. In order to provide the Installation projects with the required offshore personnel, YOU ARE TO:
1.1. Update project forecast / manning plan / Fleet support planning with the
Installation Team
1.2. Act together with Operations Engineer / Operations Manager regarding
proposals and scope of work for the activity
1.3. Select appropriate and qualified project crew with the operational management
and the Lead PLC.
1.4. Liaise with manning agencies and project vendors for personnel availability,
documents, embark/disembark details
1.5. Liaise with Operations / Installation PLC to mobilize / demobilize personnel
1.6. Follow up and track the budget control with the agencies and units.
1.7. Check BM from FPSOs and invoices from manning agencies.
1.8. Liaise with Buyer to perform purchasing activities appropriately (from RFQ to
invoice approval) and in full compliance with Company working procedures
2. In order to complement the PLC scope for the expatriate installation offshore population, you are to:
2.1. Book flights, when applicable
2.2. Follow up visa applications
2.3. Book local logistics (transfers, hotel, visits to SBM office or other
premises&)
3. In order to support the execution of Installation projects, you are to:
3.1. Prepare and issue the travel booklet & project logistic process in accordance
with specific requirements (country, Client and others details)
3.2. Identify required trainings and certificates
3.3. Provide the Project Manager / Operations Manager with appropriate advice
about mobilization / demobilization challenges (notice to traveller, visa and
flight issues, cost optimization, alternative solutions...) to help for project
optimization.
3.4. Work closely with the Installation PLC and Operations Manager on site
The measure of your effectiveness in this will be:
" Stakeholders feedback (Operations Manager, Project Manager)
" Quality and cost effectiveness of the planning, budget of the department and
regular operations.
REQUIREMENTS
" Completed bachelors degree in engineering or about to graduate (less than 6
months)
" Experienced professional with track record of planning and budget control
activities roles;
" Support with Operational environment (from various departments within the
company, client, and vendors, etc.)
" Knowledge of registration and programming in the IFS / NADIA system
" Knowledge of mandatory shipping documents

- Fluent English mandatory
- Brazilian Portuguese
