You will analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns and drive results. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing keywords and develop effective campaign structures. Use AI tools to create compelling ad copy and test ad variations to improve click-through and conversion rates. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns. Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to enhance campaign performance. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, proactively sharing insights with the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, content, web development) to ensure campaign messaging alignment and optimize landing page performance. Create detailed reports and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders. Report results and findings on a weekly basis to the Performance Marketing Director. Tools: - Asana - Slack - Hubstaff for time tracking - Google Sheets and Docs - Google Keyword Planner - ChatGPT The Profile Qualifications: 2+ years of experience successfully running Google Ads campaigns. 2+ years of experience in a similar role. 1+ year of experience running Facebook Ads (preferred but not required). Strong affinity for data analytics and data-driven marketing. Advanced level of English (both spoken and written). Proficiency in Spanish or Russian is a plus to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region. The Employer Our client is a dynamic digital agency dedicated to digital transformations.
