Main Responsibilities Manage and maintain non-industrial sites facilities, ensuring they meet health and safety standards; Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and improvements; Implement facility management policies and procedures; Coordinate with various departments to ensure the facilities meet their needs; Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with service providers; Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency; Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards; Lead and mentor a team of maintenance and facilities staff; Handle emergency situations and provide solutions in a timely manner; Plan and oversee construction and renovation projects. Requirements Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Experience in facilities management; knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management software; Fluency in English.
