Location:
Jaguaruna - SC
As an Operator, you will prepare materials for feeding production lines; organize
a service area; supply production lines; feed machines and separate materials for
reuse. Operate and coordinate activities during the shift of all production
processes according to procedures interacting directly with the results. Dispatch
products of high quality according to work instructions within the established
deadlines.
You will also ensure the installations perform the desired operation(s) according
to the existing procedures and policies as well as monitor the installations in
order to guarantee the delivery of a (semi-)finished product in accordance with
the specifications.
Responsibilities:
Carry out production programming for the drying, grinding, washing and bagging
processes, ensuring quality in both product deliveries and process performance;
Operate and control the entire production process, in accordance with the
procedural guidelines, analyzing their respective products in order to meet the
process requirements.
Operate/Drive a forklift safely and efficiently;
Refuel mobile equipment when necessary with LPG / Diesel Oil when it is dangerous
to carry out this activity;
Require production II operators to produce ´´Actual x Scheduled`` daily
production;
Control production indicators by reducing whenever necessary;
Ensure correct decision-making when necessary to guarantee production with quality
and integrity of the plant's equipment;
Guide other operators regarding the activities necessary for the best progress of
production activities;
Ensure the integrity of the equipment and notify your superiors and maintenance
team whenever a mechanical or electrical problem occurs;
Carry out work at height (NR 35) and work in confined spaces (NR 33), when
necessary;
Operation of mobile equipment (When necessary);
Contribute to the 5S Program.
About you:
Lower degree in high school or equivalent by experience
Prior experience in a similar role
