Essential Functions
· The operations analysts act to meet and not impact or minimize the impact on the customer as
to changes or extra demands;
· They are responsible for the operation as a whole, from the monitoring of the systems as well as
phone calls, e-mails and messages from various sources and means that we receive and any other
necessary tools, always with focus and agility;
They must report to the leader any item that may affect the operation;
· Always analyze the best way to solve various problems related or not to the operation operation
itself;
· Communication has to be clear and constant, aiming at the good of the internal and external
information;
· They have a scale of daily activities, so that they can be directed in which activity they must
prioritize;
· They are in charge of maintaining fluidity and continuous information for the next work shift;
· Any other task requested by the hierarchical superior, as long as they are not excessively rigorous
or any other task requested by the supervisor, as long as they do not contain excessive rigor or
are beyond their strengths.

Required Education and Experience
· Minimum 1 year in operations or airline crew scheduling experience is preferred
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (Minimum On going)
· Hotel or Airline background will be an asset
· Strong computer skills, with an emphasis on Microsoft Office products especially Excel
· Ability to effectively manage work load in a fast paced atmosphere
· Attention to detail and the ability to produce high quality work is a must
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Outstanding relationship management and customer service orientation skills.
· A profound understanding of how political, social and cultural differences between countries,
people and cultures affect a successful partnership
· Flexible to work afterhours based on business demand
· Multilingual skills a plus, preferable Portuguese or Spanish. English is required obligatory.
