YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Network Governance:
Implement and maintain governance frameworks for the authorized dealer network in
Brazil.
Manage and audit dealer contracts, ensuring compliance with BRP guidelines and
policies.
Oversee dealer performance through DMS (Dealer Management System), dashboards, and
reports.
Handle communication and manage issues related to the Dealer Association in
Brazil.
Cultivate a strong and collaborative relationship with other internal teams.
Contract & Policy Management:
Implement and enforce GLOBAL BRP policies for contracts, NCOs, templates,
standards, and best practices across the Brazilian network.
Manage notifications and address potential contract breaches by dealers.
Market Growth & Development:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve market growth for Marine and Wheels
products in Brazil.
Manage BRP standard Dealer Projects and initiatives aimed at brand awareness and
market expansion.
Prospect and onboard new dealers, expanding the BRP network in Brazil.
Support the application and analysis of market data for new product launches.
Assist the Sales team with identifying network optimization opportunities.
Compliance & Support:
Conduct homologations for units, accessories, clothing, and parts across LATAM.
Support Safety Campaigns across the LATAM region.
Assist the legal team as needed with litigation issues.
Manage the reverse logistics process for lubricants, batteries, and tires within
the dealer network.
Team Management:
Motivate and support the efficiency of the Brazil Netdev team.
Collaborate and provide support to the LATAM Network Development team in areas
like drawings, suppliers, master data, and reports.
YOULL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
(preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a network development or similar role within
the automotive, marine, or powersports industry.
Proven track record of implementing and enforcing policies and procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong
relationships across departments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and dealership
management systems (DMS).
Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken) is required.

You will have the opportunity to work in hybrid mode, 2 to 3 days in the office.
