The Monetization Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. The LATAM MSO team is looking for a Data & Analytics Associate to support Brazil and Spanish LATAM monetization. Responsibilities: Collect, process, and clean data from disparate sources using SQL, R or Python, and BI tools to investigate key business trends, issues and opportunities Develop scalable analytical and reporting solutions such as tables, datasets, models and dashboards Conduct in-depth analyses that help the business better understand key value drivers and growth opportunities Effectively communicate actionable insights and drive projects across all levels to inform monetization efforts Work closely with cross-functional partners, including regional monetization teams, international strategy and data teams, and business stakeholders to drive analytical initiatives to completion Develop and maintain integrity processes and help manage data pipeline to ensure reliable, accurate, and efficient data for reporting and analyses Ad-hoc reporting requests. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in a technical field such as Economics, Business Analytics, Math, Computer Science, etc. 3+ years of analytics experience in consulting, data science, or strategy related fields. Proficient in statistical software (like R or Python), BI tools (like Tableau or PowerBI), and SQL. Preferred Qualifications: Excellent communication (verbal and written) and time management skills Self-starter; Highly analytical, high attention to detail; capable of delivering on goals with minimal supervision Business level capabilities in both English and Portuguese TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
