Informações adicionais: What you will do: Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to increase customer base and revenue. Analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities. Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and acquisition channels. Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, email marketing, etc.). Design and implement CRM journeys that engage and retain customers from acquisition to retention. Collaborate with sales team to align strategies and growth goals. Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI and ROAS. Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track the performance of marketing and CRM initiatives. Research and adopt new tools and technologies that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing and CRM campaigns. Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in digital marketing, growth hacking, and CRM. Hiring through Service Agreement (Self-employed or a legal person) 100% remote position Bonus linked to results What will bring you to the role: Fluent English Proven experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or similar roles Experience with CRM and designing customer journeys Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) Practical knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, and other digital marketing tactics Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactivity and ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar is a plus Knowledge of marketing automation and personalization tools is a plus Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant platforms is a plus Hiring through Service Agreement (Self-employed or a legal person) 100% remote position Bonus linked to results
