General information: % remote work Availability to work in a different time zone Advanced English for conversation, writing, and reading Job Description: This role requires meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in managing various tools and platforms essential to lifecycle marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and adept at troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to campaign assets and configurations. Monitor and verify the functionality of links across all campaigns, ensuring they perform as intended; update links across all assets (remove redirects) to ensure optimal CTA tracking and seamless customer experience. Configure and maintain Allocadia and CMT mapping across various assets to facilitate accurate tracking and reporting. Manage localization or marketing spend tracking in Allocadia. Manage the localization process, including tracking content maps, creating new content maps as needed, and maintaining email variant spreadsheet. Ensure the correct application of marketvars and CMT IDs across all assets to maintain data integrity and tracking accuracy. Oversee the remaking of draftr files, ensuring compliance and alignment with the latest brand/template versions. Package all assets with necessary identifiers, including CMT IDs, marketvars, and content maps, prior to delivery to engineering teams for implementation. Assist in the validation of emails and email variants, particularly for new or optimized campaigns. Monitor email logs regularly, tracking metrics such as monthly bounce rates and unsubscribes to gauge campaign performance and recipient engagement. Collaborate with CS or BMP stakeholders to monitor specific customer logs, providing insights and support as needed to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction.
