Recruitment and management of your team of consultants: Recruit your own team by finding and attracting the best talents with the right expertise and skillset.Help your team evolve and develop their skills.Oversee project follow-ups and ensure consultant satisfaction. Management of your business unit: Responsible for the well-being of your business unit.Handle business unit responsibilities and ensure safe operation of activities.Analyze Profit & Loss statements to detect potential business issues.Develop action plans to optimize turnover and contributive margin.
