Manager, Account Management
Overview
The Commercial Products Solutions team develops untapped Markets to increase
penetration of electronic payments through MasterCard innovative solutions
<>
Support the development and execution plan to increase and accelerate CPS growth
for
Large Market;
Develop and execute strategic for new sales channels (TMC and Direct) at
Large Market Segments;
Develop onboarding process for leads at issuers;
Develop incentive model for TMC segments;
Develop a pipeline of Corporations to implement MasterCard Solutions;
Build solid partnerships with key stakeholders both internal and external;
Implement IC within issuers according to product requirements and execute local
marketing programs to drive consumer registration
Partner with global / regions / markets to develop and execute sales strategies,
target partners, establish communications, manage merchant marketing initiatives,
and provide executive & direct sales support
Manage IC programs KPIs, planning and delivering initiatives that will contribute
to achieve the expected results.
Analyze program results in order to enhance its operational performance by
executing operational adjustments<>
Experience in developing Corporate Segment in Issuers is mandatory
Knowledge of Corporate products and solutions available in the Marketplace
Experience in developing new channels to capture volume to Electronic Payments
Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory for this position
Experience in developing strong partnerships with Associations
Experience in working for T&E Industry Players will be a differential
Spanish is a plus
