RESPONSIBILITIES
- Owner of weekly, monthly, 3 month, 6 month and 1 year plan/lookahead, ensuring
that all planned and corrective maintenance are effectively scheduled and managed
by the onshore and offshore scope owners;
- Revision of short term activities planning and scheduling with offshore
supervisors and onshore maintenance engineer;
- Revision of medium to long term activities scheduling with onshore maintenance
planning engineers;
- Responsible for reviewing & prioritizing all corrective work requests with the
work team to ensure corrective work order priorities are properly assigned;
- Ensure, in conjunction with the Maintenance Superintendent, Production
Supervisor and Cargo/Marine Lead that all assurance activities are carried out on
schedule and comply with the installations verification scheme;
- Ensure any conflict in respect to resources is highlighted to the relevant
parties;
- Follow up of unit KPIs, delivering internal reports for both unit and
department;
- Support offshore team on managing change requests via CMMS (changes on WO, Work
instructions, Maintenance plans, etc);
MAIN TASKS
- Follow up 3rd party work scopes offshore, ensuring proper daily reports and
s-curve are shared with both onshore base and offshore management;
- Support supervisors on 3rd party actitivities preparations (materials,
scaffolding, isolation, PTWs, etc);
- Prepare the weekly and monthly scheduling and planning of activitites;
- Prepare lookahead overview of 3, 6 and 12 months actitivites (specially the ones
requiring 3rd party manpower, material and any other outside resources) together
with offshore supervisors and onshore support;
- Review the monthly and 3 months scheduling with onshore team in order to ensure
readiness;
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in relevant technical discipline (mechanical, electrical or
instrumentation preferable); Engineering degree is a plus;
- Extensive experience as a maintenance planner in Oil&Gas or Manufacturing
industries. Offshore experience is a plus;
- Basic knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment, installations and a
thorough knowledge of the equipment used in oil and gas treatment installations;
- Experience with Planning softwares. Knowledge of Project and/or Primavera
systems is a plus;
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft office);
- Advanced level of written and spoken English (to be tested);
- Ability to work with multi-national teams behaviour;
