Vaga de Lower School Teaching Assistant

Provides classroom support for EARJs students in all areas of learning, answering questions and supervising students as they work independently or/in groups, assisting with a high quality education for academic and personal development of students. EARJ is looking for an experienced and accomplished Lower School Teaching Assistant to join our Gávea campus team for July 2024. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (in Pedagogy is preferred).; 3-5 years of experience as a Teaching Assistant - preferred if in an international school context; a skillful practitioner in multilingual classrooms; a motivated learner who accepts responsibility for their own growth; someone who thrives in an atmosphere of transformational leadership; is passionate about learning and skilled in high-impact 21st century instruction.
