The OpportunityThe core purpose of the Learning and Social Impact Programs Administrator is to provide support to the Learning & Development team and the Senior Director of Learning & Organizational Development through effective ownership of the L&D programs and systems administration and coordination. The role will also assist the Senior Director of Inclusive Employee Experience with various aspects of social impact programs administration. The roles scope is global, to support the L&D operations and program administration in all current and future locations for WillowTree, a TELUS International Company. Responsibilities Own the Learning Management System and all other learning platforms administration. You will act as the primary Learning Administrator for WorkRamp and any other learning content platform or learning technology (content uploads, assignments and reporting, user management and other associated responsibilities).Responsible for the global L&D Programs administration and coordination, including but not limited to the English Language Acquisition, Mentorship programs, KT (Knowledge Transfer) programs, Manager Training, and New Hire Onboarding programs.Accountable for all learning coordination including scheduling, communication, technology support, sessions, and learner and facilitator support. You will also coordinate all aspects of on-site and virtual training from beginning to end with oversight from other L&D team members.Manage and own all data, reports, and dashboards with the goal of creating and maintaining reports and dashboards that are accurate and secure. Ensure alignment of LATAM social impact programming to legacy program commitments, the WillowTree Social Impact approach, and the needs of local offices.Collaborate with the Senior Director of Inclusive Employee Experience to ensure that social impact programming and associated funding are aligned to organization-wide priorities. Skills Experience as an administrator of a Learning Management SystemProven ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.Learning administrationknowledge and experience with rolling out and maintaining digital, in-person, virtual, and blended learning courses and programs on a local, regional, and global level.Advanced data management, processing, and reporting experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders while creating clarity and transparency around the social impact priorities.
