Job Description Summary Responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis. In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: " Responsible for assessing the amount, timing, and predictability of cash-inflows and outflows as the basis for budgeting and business-planning. Responsible for analyzing and reporting a business' operating-activities, investing-activities and financing activities for the purpose of establishing the overall (net) change in cash-flow for a defined period. " Responsible for managing the business cycle- 3 year plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization. "Support CFO on the preparation of executive presentations and strategic/long-term analysis. "Manage multiple aspects of the monthly and quarterly financial closing and reporting. "Owns triangulation of direct Cash flow to indirect Cash flow, including the framework for the review/reconciliation. "Partner with IT on automation initiatives related to Working Capital items and drive simplification initiatives, enhance operations, analytics and optimize cash generation efforts. " Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed. " Developing in-depth knowledge of a discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired expertise to execute functional policy/strategy. "A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills.
