Job Description:
Responsible for the transversal coordination and focal point for the Latin America Team:
Ensure the coordination of all regional activities according to the regional
mandates.
Support HoR, Sales & Marketing Team and the Customer Center MDs in the preparation
and the execution of the OP, monitoring its evolution as well as the fulfillment
of the TCOs and KPIs assigned for each team in the Region.
Overall management of ERM in LATAM in coordination with the HoR, Regional Teams,
Finance, HR, L&C, Governance, etc., ensuring on-time and quality periodical
reports.
Support the HoR in the definition and continuous update of the regional strategy
roadmap in coordination with the Sales & Marketing team and the Customer Center
MDs.
Marketing:
Ensure the coordination of the Marketing activities in the region, including Air
show preparations and Demo Tours.
Salesforce:
Be the LATAM central focal point for SalesForce, liaise with the Sales team
involved to ensure data accuracy and relevant reports to be prepared for the HoR.
Visits Management of Customer Visits to AH in coordination with Events & Protocol
in France and Germany and the Marketing team, in particular in the framework of
Demo Flights.
Support with Institutional Relations with Airbus Core countries Government
agencies and LATAM Embassies based in Europe (France, Spain and Germany).
Requirements:
Senior Manager with experience in sales/commercial activities and background in
managing multicultural international teams.
Previous experience working in Latam with customers is desirable.
Background in Legal & Compliance processes and Risk assessment & control (eg ERM).
Knowledge of Airbus Helicopters business environment and functioning of the
Customer Centers.
Fluent in Spanish and French, in particular to be able to interface with French
authorities as DGA and MoFA.
Dynamic, team player and used to work in transversal multifunction team.
