Know Your Client (KYC) Analyst

Overview
As a KYC Analyst, you will be required to support the Business with the Know Your
Client activities related to their clients. You will need to understand the
requirements from DB´s KYC Policy, interact with the Business and with the Client
to capture documentation and information to satisfy those requirements, navigate
through different KYC systems and to have a good level of interactions with
different stakeholders in the Bank and with clients. You will have a crucial role
in maintaining DB´s regulatory framework while helping the Business to grow their

What Youll Do
You´ll be accountable to know and understand our clients in depth.
You´ll be responsible to raise Financial Crime risks related to our clients to
Bank´s decision makers.
You´ll have to interact with different stakeholders in the Bank, locally and in
other locations, and with our clients, to be able to perform a full assessment of
the risks associated to them.
Navigate through different DB systems to complete and record your assessment of
the client.
Skills Youll Need
Bachelor´s degree
Fluency in English, both written and spoken (Spanish is a plus)
Good analytical skills
4+ years experience in the banking industry
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Good interpersonal skills
Objective oriented
Good analytical skills
Previous experience with KYC in international banks
