Strategic Planning: Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business growth. Problem Solving: Address and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to ensure a cohesive approach to meeting client needs. The Profile Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Key account management, Customer success management or a similar role in Saas  Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Key Attributes: Customer Focused: Dedicated to understanding and meeting client needs. Results Driven: Committed to achieving business goals and targets. Team Player: Works well with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences. Reports to: Head of Key Account Management Work format: permanent independent contractor role, full-time, EST (New York time zone).
