About the posit ionWe are looking for a Junior Presales & Implementation Consultant to join our Presales & Integration team to support our clients (large global companies) to integrate goFLUENT Language Training and Assessment solutions with their LMS and ATS solutio ns. The consultant will lead WW integration projects of goFLUENT products & solutions with our client's internal IT systems. You will be in charge of the projects from the definition phase, execution, test and deployment of the solut ion. What you' ll doSupport our Sales and Customer Success teams when designing integration solutions for their cl ientsAdvise and support our clients on integrating goFLUENT solutions with their LMS or ATS in combination with SSO integrations (SAML, SCIM, LTI, REST API etc) whenever n eededInterface with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation & deplo ymentSupport clients internal & external teams in case of technical issues related to the integra tionsTrain other teams & coordinate information within the organiz ation What you'l l needUniversity Degree, preferably with technical backg round.Proven project management experience, 1-2 years of expe rienceExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to d etail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeho lders.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effect ively.English & Spanish lev el C1. What we are look ing forOther languages such as French, German, are va luable.Experience with LMS or LXPs administration / integ rationsExperience with technologies like SAML, OAut h, etc.Understanding & Knowledge in APIs, technical documentation and coding are a plus.
