Informações adicionais: What you will do: Act as an HR Business Partner for the business and support teams Build trusting relationships and be an influencer for key stakeholders Develop leadership Assist leaders in establishing a people strategy focused on achieving business goals Support and guide leaders in career management, succession planning and compensation of their team in accordance with the companys tools and policies Support and guide leaders in conducting peoples journey so that it occurs in an engaged and consistent manner Contribute to the effective implementation of HR programs/projects/initiatives Support engagement survey, creating discussion forums for actions plans and monitoring implementations Propose initiatives derived from the analysis of available data (engagement survey, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, etc.) Provide leaders with visibility of people and culture KPIs, supporting decision-making Work in partnership with the Culture team to build and execute an employer brand strategy Disseminate the values and culture of Soluparts Hiring through Service Agreement (Self-employed or a legal person) 100% remote position Bonus linked to results What will bring you to the role: Fluent English Bachelors degree in progress or completed in Psychology Hiring through Service Agreement (Self-employed or a legal person) 100% remote position Bonus linked to results
