Responsibilities
You will lead the S&OP process, making sure demand forecasts are accurate and
aligned with the finance, supply chain, and sales teams.
S&OE Process Management:
You will manage the S&OE process to handle short-term changes in supply and
demand, ensuring smooth daily operations that match forecasts.
Quota Management:
You will design sales quotas, regularly reviewing them to ensure they match market
conditions and team performance.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
You will use data and analytics to support planning, track performance, and ensure
accuracy in forecasts and quotas.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
You will collaborate with teams from sales, finance, marketing, and supply chain
to ensure strategies are aligned across the company.
Performance Monitoring:
You will set performance goals, regularly reviewing progress with the sales teams
to ensure targets are met.
Requirements
Analytical Skills:
Strong ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
to improve forecasting and planning accuracy.
Quota and Target Management:
Experience in developing and managing sales targets and quota systems, with a
track record of setting and adjusting them based on market needs.
Problem-Solving Ability:
Ability to address challenges in planning and execution quickly and efficiently,
ensuring business goals are met.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis software (Excel, Power BI).
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
