Create, monitor, facilitate, and execute engineering plans from cradle to grave as assigned. Works with management to implement and support global policies, regional policies, and best practices for Engineering Project Planning and Project Management/Project Coordination in support of successful execution of projects and True North Industrialization. Prepares/consolidates reports including consolidated E-Milestones, schedule analyses, project controls, and resource planning as required. Serves as a subject matter expert for project coordination and Engineering scheduling. Continuously monitors performance to forecast and implement any necessary changes to the Engineering project plans with visual management tools (Obeya, Digital Visual Management, Engineering Brick Wall, etc.) Leads and facilitates the continuous improvement of the processes and methods to increase scheduling and execution efficiency and performance w.r.t standards.
