Jr. Financial Analyst, SC Procurement-2407022440WDescriptionKenvue is currently recruiting for:Jr. Financial Analyst, SC ProcurementThe position relies on building meaningful business partnership with stakeholders across the PPV categories as well as engaging and driving collaboration with other finance teams in the region supporting other Supply Chain pillars and Franchise support.The Financial Analyst - will provide strong financial support and guidance to the Regional Sourcing Team in strong alignment and collaboration with the Global Source Organization. This position requires both detailed financial & procurement analytics as well as an ability to operate with a big picture perspective to support category.The candidate will actively drive the transparency and visibility of key financial metrics to business partners including but not limited to Purchase Price Variance (PPV), Cost Improvement Projects, Commodity Inflation/Deflation and Strategic Investments. They will support the procurement team through annual Business Planning as well as quarterly financial updates; building and delivering on comprehensive and stretching budgets for the region focused on maximizing value creation. The candidate will also participate in the annual standard cost setting and enable robust Year over Year cost change analytics.A process and innovation mindset will be critical to the success of this role to build, improve and adopt Consumer Source Finance processes.Main responsibilities Business partner for the Procurement Organization.Assess and evaluate Cost Improvement projects (CIPs) to identify value drivers to the financial statements.Provide support during closing and forecast cyclesPartner with key stakeholders within Source to meet cost commitments across all areas of PPV.Provide support for key compliance activities to ensure adherence to SOX, WWP's and internal policies and proceduresQualificationsRequired qualifications and experience Advanced/Fluent in EnglishA minimum of a bachelors degree is requiredThe ability to think creatively and work in a team environmentIndividual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement operational improvements, work independently, and handle several tasks simultaneouslyIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions) Primary LocationLatin America-Brazil-São Paulo-São José dos CamposWho We AreAt , we realize the extraordinary power of everyday care.
