Your Tasks:
1. Responsible for promoting and executing overseas human resources related
policies, effectively promoting the implementation of various human resources
policies and processes within the department.
2. Participate in the recruitment and selection of overseas employees, including
developing recruitment strategies, screening candidates, conducting interviews,
etc.
3. Experienced in any of the areas of training, employee relations, and talent
development. 4. Responsible for handling the documents of personnel dispatched for
business trips both inside and outside the responsible area, handling related
matters of entry, transfer, and departure, and calculating various allowances for
overseas personnel.
Your Profile:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in Chinese(a must) and English (Portuguese
is prefered) listening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of longterm work
and life in Brazil.
2. Strong communication and coordination skills; Capable of independently
analyzing and solving problems; Having good professional module skills and a sense
of teamwork; High level of professionalism and sense of responsibility;
