Job Title Inside Sales Account Manager BrazilJob Description Axis Brazil sales team is seeking an Inside Sales Account Representative to support and promote the technology of Axis Communications products and solutions, The ideal candidate needs to live in Sao Paulo. Fluent English is required Please submit your resume in English (mandatory) What youll do here as an Inside Sales Account Representative? Qualify/recruit network video/security integrators, software developers, consultants, and complimentary hardware providers into our Channel Partner Programs. Work closely with a team of Regional Sales Managers to meet or exceed Inside Sales initiatives, quotas, and management-based objectives. Build and maintain fluid relationships and assist partners/end users/distributors to sales our Axis solutions. Qualify and process all sales leads and inquiries in CRM, assist with partner pages, project pricing, and maintain the weekly pipeline. Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis academies, webinars and other promotional sales activities. Inbound/outbound calls Who are we looking for/Who are you? Customer focus. Passion for sales and meeting sales goals. Good knowledge of physical security application, design and IT/Networking. (Technical understanding). Strong selling skills, ability to listen and tailor presentation to meet customer needs. Persistent and pro-active Ability to effectively motivate in a time-sensitive environment. Empathic and charismatic disposition Strong speaking skills Prospecting skills Education and Experience Bachelors degree, engineering/electronic preferred but not required. Comfortable with cold sales Physical demands Employee is frequently required to lift 20-50 lbs, occasionally more. Expected travel time for this position is between 10%- 15%.
