This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Project Manager located in São Paulo, SP. The Human Resources Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR projects, utilizing analytical skills to drive HR initiatives, managing HR processes, and maintaining effective communication within the HR department and across the organization. Responsible for overseeing and managing HR-related projects from initiation to completion. This role involves working closely with senior HR leaders to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring that projects align with the companys strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project budgets, tracking progress, and ensuring that all project milestones are met within scope and on time. The HR Project Manager also acts as a point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and resolving any issues or risks that may arise during the project lifecycle. Additionally, this role involves analyzing project outcomes and providing recommendations for continuous improvement in HR processes and initiatives.
