Title: HRBP & TA Manager Department: Latin America HR & Admin Location: Brazil, São Paulo, Latin America Responsibilities HRBP Partner with your Brazils business unit and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team, build trustful relationship with business leaders; Provide a holistic talent management system and practices from talent criteria setting, evaluation and talent development to continuously upgrade organizational capability; Work closely with cross-functional teams in both China and regional teams, participate in HR projects cooperating with cross boarder teams; Initiate and launch HR projects including Performance management, Headcount management, Talent Management, Change Management. Be responsible for the local HR operations; Provide Coach to senior leaders in performance and HR Matters. Talent Acquisition Lead recruitment team to select best talent; Partner with internal and external stakeholders as needed to continuously keep the employer brand strong and attractive; Data-driven and complete recruitment data tracking and analysis or recruitment report as required; Continuously identify improvement on Talent Acquisition excellence in terms of process, policy, system etc., to elevate both recruitment quality and efficiency; Manage recruitment agencies and explore new vendors, drive progress, and evaluate performance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree and above 10 or plus years of experience in HR work, experienced in at least 2 functions in HR field, multinational company experience is preferred 2 years of business partner type of HR with have a keen sense and understanding on business Holistic thinking, strong organizing, communicating and conflict-managing skills Quickly adapt to fast-changing pace, high sense of responsibly and patience, teamwork Ability to understand the local HR policies, labour code and common practices Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Fluent or native in Portuguese; Bilingual in both English and Chinese will be an advantage
