for : Post and publish job advertising to all relevant and applicable
hiring/recruitment platforms/websites in Brazil. Review/evaluate all applicants
and select the most suitable, qualified candidates based on CV received. Contact
those selected applicants and schdule their job interview appointment
Conduct/perform all necessary job interviews and record them as needed Make
recommendations to company management team based on results of interviews Manage
various aspects of HR Operations including employee documentation, on-boarding and
off-boarding etc. Providing support for recruitment as required, including but not
limited to conducting hiring needs analysis, conducting reference checks and
employment contracts. Assisting in salary negotiations and offer management. The
Profile Need to have 1 to 3 years of HR or HR related work experiences in similar
industries, fields, or sectors. Must be a native speaker in Brazilian Portuguese
and have very good speaking/listening/writing skills in English. Strong knowledge
of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices in Brazil Ability
to handle sensitive / highly confidential information professionally. You are
highly goal driven and work well in fast pace You are adaptable and thrive in
changing environments You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of
