RINA is currently recruiting for a HR Intern to join its office in Rio de
Janeiro, Brazil within the Global Human Resources Division.
Job Responsabilities
Provide hands-on support of internal communications, recruitment processes and HR
systems for LATAM countries;
Collaborate with the Onboarding team to ellaborate new hires;
Support the overall employee lifecycle transactions such as:
Onboarding.and Offboarding process; Ensure all new hires are properly enrolled at
all the applicable benefits. Create, update, and maintain personnel files,
ensuring appropriate documentation and electronic file maintenance. Be the first
point of contact to support on employees queries.
Qualifications and Experience:
Availability to work 6 hours per day & 30 hours per week (from 9am to 4pm);
Students of Business Administration Psichology or related courses with graduation
by Dec/2026;
Ideally intermediate or advanced English;
Spanish is a plus;
Intermediate Microsoft office knowledge;
