You will: Handle the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of full-time employees Ensure the organizations compliance with local compliances and regulations Facilitate payroll processing for all full-time employees and submit regular compliance reports for statutory and tax reporting You are: Proven work experience as an HR business partner Demonstrated experience in various HR functional areas, especially organizational development, change management, and employee relations In-depth knowledge of HR programs and practices, including applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations Experience in processing payroll and statutory contributions is a must Details: Work Setup: Onsite in São Paulo, Brazil, TBD Employment: Full time
