Our client is a leading platform that enables the securities brokerage landscape to operate legally and compliantly. Launched in 2020 and growing rapidly, the SF- and NYC-based firm is on a mission to power dealmakers by building the worlds largest dealmaking platform. Specifically, they deliver a white-labeled regulatory affiliation and compliance back-office solution that supports a wide range of private market dealmaking including M&A, capital raising, private placements, direct participation programs, fintech marketplaces, and alternative investment sponsors. Also, they provide additional leverage to securities brokers with their platform, which delivers a hassle-free deal management solution and a Marketplace that connects brokers with one another to gain insights and explore collaborations. The role:  As a Head of Marketing, you will also be expected to plan, direct, and coordinate the marketing efforts. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving our strategic goals.  Your expertise will be pivotal in developing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our target audiences, enhance our brand, and accelerate our growth.   Responsibilities: Develop a product-focused marketing strategy, highlighting our platforms unique features and benefits to drive market expansion. Implement product-led sales tactics, integrating marketing efforts with sales processes to enhance customer acquisition and engagement. Lead the creation of compelling product marketing materials, including case studies, product demos, and sales enablement tools. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure accurate product positioning and messaging across all marketing channels. Utilize data-driven insights to refine product marketing strategies and identify new market opportunities. Foster a culture of continuous innovation within the marketing team, encouraging new approaches to product marketing and sales. Manage and mentor the marketing team, promoting a proactive and results-oriented environment. Oversee budget allocation for product marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal use of resources for maximum impact. Stay updated with fintech/regtech industry trends, incorporating relevant insights into product marketing strategies. Requirements:  Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years in a senior marketing role with a significant focus on product marketing in the fintech/regtech or SaaS industry. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful product-led sales strategies. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation abilities. Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, and social media.
