Description Overview of the Position:As the Head of IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and Digital Transformation for Emerging Markets, youll be leading the development and execution of IBP strategies to optimize business performance across various functions such as supply chain, sales, and finance. You will work closely with the Global Planning team and the local leadership teams to ensure consistencyon the strategy and execution (in total 3 markets in Latam and 5 in East). Key Responsibilities:You willdecide thecountry priorities for the digital transformation Roadmap based on your initialassessment on the maturity level, leveraging technology and data to enhance long term visibility and market competitiveness in emerging markets.
