As a senior Graphic Designer youll collaborate with instructional designers, trainers, writers, editors, and subject matter experts to create and design a variety of visually rich assets to support classroom training, eLearning, and documentation, including presentations, workbooks, handouts, user guides, infographics, and brochures. You will be part of a global team that provides training on Netcrackers customized software solution to digital service providers around the world. In this position, you will work both independently and in collaboration with other content creators to provide creative and design support across the training team whilst enforcing training style guidelines and aligning with company brand standards. Role & Responsibilities Leverage knowledge of graphic design principles to increase usability and transform complex written information into clear and precise visual communication. Visualize business and technical concepts, relationships, and processes to create high quality, reusable training materials. Create, conceptualize, and improve upon slides and presentations in PowerPoint. Apply graphic and instructional design principles to a variety of training projects that may be large or complex in scope. Collaborate with instructional designers, trainers, writers, editors, and subject matter experts to schedule reviews and make updates accordingly. Recommend different formats, layouts, and visual assets to improve the learning experience for Netcracker end users and other training participants. Build excellent relationships across teams and projects, and mentor team members to teach best practices and techniques in graphic and instructional design. Follow and maintain Netcracker graphic and instructional design standards and templates. Skills & Requirements 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, information design, infographic design, or instructional design. Thorough understanding of graphic design principles, including grids, typography, color, layout, imagery, and design systems. Experience in educational design such as supporting training activities for technical products or services. Experience in the telecom industry preferred, or related experience working with software products in the technology industry. Excellent creative, conceptual, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to effectively communicate ideas through concise language and visual design. A portfolio showing proficiency in graphic design, infographics, and illustration. Proven time management and organizational skills. Self-reliant and able to independently develop learning assets with minimal Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven Ability to think creatively and strategically, resolve complex issues, and improve current processes or solutions. Ability to execute on instructional design and company brand standards. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint. Experience with Adobe Creative tools a plus. Fluent English speaker to interact and work with global teams Availability to travel to the USA to attend trainings Education Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Information Design, Branding, or a related field.
